Returns

We aim to please but if you are not happy with the products you have purchased please send them  back and we will refund the purchased price less the shipping. No questions asked, once the item is received the funds will be returned. We have a 30 days return policy from the original shipping date. Please e-mail  us on info@flags1st.com  to get a returns number.

Despatch of goods

We try to deliver to European destinations within Five working days and worldwide within Seven. we will endevour to contact you to explain why your order will be delayed and give you a new delivery date. If the delay is long and unacceptable, you have the right to cancel the order with a full refund.

Delivery of goods

Goods will be dispatched by An Post throughout the Republic of Ireland and the rest of the world unless a specific courier is used. Depending on the country shipped to, 5 – 15 working days should be allowed from the placement of an order. The site specifies free delivery on orders of ten or more flags, this is under normal shipping requirements.  If you need them in a hurry then some charges may have to be incurred.  These will be negociated beforehand with you.

Prices

Prices are only valid whilst published on our web site. This does not include out of date pages that may be available elsewhere on the Internet and over which we have no control such as pages cached by an Internet service provider.

Overseas orders

Flags 1st will not be held liable for any local taxes or duties on orders placed outside of the Republic of Ireland.

Privacy

We will not supply or sell your details to any third party without your concent. It is very doubtful we would ever suggest this as we value privacy. 

Electronic communications

When you visit Flags 1st or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.  We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Reviews and comments 

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information on Flags 1st, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."

You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. We reserve the right  to remove or edit such content.  We take no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

Product descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Flags 1st does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. You can add to the descriptions if you think it is incomplete.

Complaints

We will endevour to respond to any complaints or queries within 3 working days.
